Today was one of the hottest days I can remember, so I went into a lovely part of the Valley with Tom, where we met Liza and Jess to cool down at an amazing little place called the Flamingo Cafe, you can check them out here. I had an amazing watermelon, pineapple and lime juice, and a fontina cheese, tomato and basil toastie- yum! we went on a bit of a shopping trip after that in some of the quirky and cool places in the Valley. Such a delicious day!
