Today the gang and I went to a Suitcase Rummage in the city, which is basically a market but everything's sold out of suitcases! Always a great place to snare some bargains and I managed to grab a really nice Winter dress for just $5. Afterwards we made a customary trip to one of our favourite cafes down a secret little alleyway, and then explored the areas around the Cathedral and the Polo Club. We walked all the way down through what is easily the prettiest part of the city to the Botanical Gardens, and once we'd found a nice place (free from Ibises!) we sat and chatted for such a long time! Caught the boat home with Liz afterwards and discussed all the things we have to get around to doing now we have free time. All in all, a really pleasant day!
